  允香斋商标及票记
  
   允香斋,云南老字型商家,清末由滇南来昆明开店。该商所出产“玫瑰大头菜”最为有名,为云南土特产品。玫瑰大头菜创始于明末清初,以鲜嫩芥菜为主料,用红糖、盐、饴糖、老白酱油等腌制。其腌制工序复杂,成品皮色黑亮,内心褐红,清香脆嫩,味卤回甜。于1911年巴拿马国际博览会上获奖。此为民初实业司批准的“登录天南第一允香斋老铺商标”(左图)及“允香斋老铺内票记”。
  Yunxiangzhai Brand and Trade Mark
  
  Yunxiangzhai was an old brand that moved to Kunming from south Yunnan in the late Qing Dynasty. Its most famous product was Rose
  Rutabaga, a popular local specialty. Rose Rutabaga was first made in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties. The main raw material
  is fresh rutabaga which is preserved in brown sugar, salt, maltose, rose sugar, and soy sauce. The rutabaga is shiny black on the
  outside, maroon inside and is tender, crisp and ragrant. It won a prize in 1911 at the World Food Exposition in Panama.
